1. 📥 Digital Products – No Returns

All products on www.hsesafetyofficer.com are digital downloads or access links. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the content has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered via email.

2. 💸 Refund Policy

Refunds are offered in the following situations only:

  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
  • Technical Issue: You didn’t receive the product, and our support team is unable to deliver it within 3 business days.
  • Wrong Product (Unaccessed): You bought the incorrect product and have not accessed or downloaded it.

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
